«Пекарня: кликер-магнат» — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game «Пекарня: кликер-магнат» (“Bakery: Tycoon Clicker”) — an idle bakery game for Android (Android application id com.alekhindev.idle.bakery) — handles your data. This text is a translation of the Russian version; in case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.

«Пекарня: кликер-магнат» is developed by ИП Алёхин Роман Сергеевич (sole proprietor Roman Sergeevich Alekhin), registered in the Russian Federation, ИНН (INN) 713005978740, ОГРНИП (OGRNIP) 326710000026194 (“Developer”).

In short: the Developer receives none of your data. Game progress is stored only on your device. The game is free and shows ads through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK; that is the only way data leaves the device, and it goes to YANDEX LLC, not to the Developer.

What the game does not do

No accounts. The game has no registration, sign-in, or authentication; it never asks for your name, phone number, email address, or date of birth.
No purchases. The game has no in-app purchases and takes no payments.
No Developer server. The game has no server of its own: the Developer does not receive or store your game data or device data.
No access to personal device data. The game does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

Data that stays on your device

Game progress (resources, buildings, upgrades, quests, daily-reward streak, settings) and an internal log of game events are stored only locally on your device so that the game works correctly. This data is not synced to any cloud, not sent to the Developer or any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings (“Settings → Apps → Пекарня: кликер-магнат → Storage → Clear data”).

Advertising: the ad SDK used and the data it receives

The game shows ads (rewarded video, interstitial, and banner ads) using the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (Yandex Advertising Network). Ads shown may be personalised.

Who receives the data: YANDEX LLC (ООО «ЯНДЕКС»), 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia. Yandex processes this data on its own behalf under its Privacy Policy.

What data. According to Yandex’s own description, the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK collects:

device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID;
technical information sent with any network ad request: the IP address and device and software information (device model, Android version, language).

According to the same description, the SDK does not collect location without the user’s separate consent and an in-app permission; the game does not request that permission. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Why: to show and select ads, measure their performance, grant the reward for watching a rewarded video, and to prevent fraud and ensure security.

What the Developer receives: only aggregated statistics from Yandex (impression counts, revenue), which cannot identify an individual player.

How to limit personalisation: reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings (usually “Settings → Google → Ads” or “Privacy → Ads”). Ads will still be shown but will be less personalised. To stop the data transfer completely, uninstall the game.

Age rating

The game is rated 12+ and is not directed at children. The Developer does not knowingly collect children’s data.

Retention and deletion

Game progress and the event log stay on the device until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Retention of data held by Yandex is governed by Yandex’s Privacy Policy; requests about that data can be sent to Yandex using the contacts listed there.
Since the Developer holds none of your data on a server, deleting the game and resetting the advertising ID is enough to delete your data.

Your rights

Under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, you may learn which of your data is processed, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Changes to this Policy

If a future version of the game adds analytics, purchases, accounts, or any other feature affecting user data, this Policy will be updated before such features ship, and the “Last updated” date at the top will change.
