scheda.me — Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your scheda.me account and the data associated with it. The scheda.me app is operated by Индивидуальный предприниматель Алёхин Роман Сергеевич (sole proprietor Roman Sergeevich Alekhin), ИНН 713005978740, ОГРНИП 326710000026194.

Delete your account in the app

Open the scheda.me app.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.

Delete your account by email

If you cannot access the app, email roman@alekhin-dev.com from the address you used at signup and request deletion. We will verify the request and delete the account for you.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile and all client and appointment data associated with your account. Data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of the request, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. tax records: 4 years under Russian Federation rules).

Before deleting, you can export your client and appointment data in CSV format: Settings → Account → Export data.
