scheda.me — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scheda website at scheda.me and our products, including the scheda.me mobile application (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Индивидуальный предприниматель Алёхин Роман Сергеевич (sole proprietor Roman Sergeevich Alekhin), ИНН (INN) 713005978740, ОГРНИП (OGRNIP) 326710000026194 (“Scheda”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services

Scheda provides software for solo professionals to manage their clients, schedules, and business operations. Specific features depend on the product (e.g. scheda.me). We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at roman@alekhin-dev.com of any unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of all data you store in the Services (client records, schedules, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process this content solely to operate the Services on your behalf. We are a processor of this data; you are the controller.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services to violate laws, including data-protection laws.
Send spam, harvest contacts, or otherwise misuse personal data of your clients.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where explicitly permitted by law.
Interfere with the security or availability of the Services.
Resell the Services or use them to build a competing product.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and refunds

scheda.me is offered free of charge in its initial release. Future premium tiers may be offered via subscription, billed through ЮKassa (YooMoney) for Russian Federation users. Subscription terms (price, billing cycle, renewal) are presented before purchase. Refund policy: refunds available upon request in accordance with Russian consumer protection law (Federal Law No. 2300-1, Art. 32); for remote sales, the consumer may cancel within 7 days (up to 3 months if not properly informed in writing).

Third-party stores

If you obtain scheda.me through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store’s terms also apply (Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Google Play Terms of Service). In case of conflict for store-distributed apps, the store terms apply to store-specific matters; these Terms govern your relationship with Scheda.

Intellectual property

scheda.me, the scheda.me mark, and all software and design are owned by ИП Алёхин Р.С. or its licensors. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations; in those jurisdictions, the above applies to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at alekhin-dev.com/legal/scheda-terms-en.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
